These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 367jl ("367jl", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 367jl website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use any part of the 367jl service.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the 367jl Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 367jl Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

To be eligible to register and use the 367jl Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of 367jl or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion program that would prohibit your participation in online gambling;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

367jl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at 367jl's sole discretion after deducting any applicable processing fees.

To access the full range of services offered by 367jl, you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 367jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering your 367jl account, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number;
• Keep your registration information current and promptly update it if any details change;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password;
• Not share your account credentials with any third party;
• Notify 367jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

367jl implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, or passport — along with proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

All financial transactions on the 367jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 367jl supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time at 367jl's discretion.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account;
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 367jl account instantly;
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to be credited;
• 367jl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed on your account;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard;
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 24 hours of approval;
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take two (2) to five (5) business days;
• 367jl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the 367jl account holder.

367jl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.

General bonus terms applicable to all 367jl promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above who have completed account verification;
• Each promotion will specify its own wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• 367jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms;
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

All games available on the 367jl Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Each game on the 367jl Platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game itself. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

• All bets placed on 367jl are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 367jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved;
• Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available within each game's information panel;
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Bets placed before an odds change will be honoured at the odds displayed at the time of placement;
• 367jl reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 367jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 367jl staff, other players, or any third party through the Platform's communication channels.

367jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more;
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Your voluntary request to close your account or self-exclude.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All content on the 367jl Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 367jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform;
• Use any 367jl trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 367jl's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 367jl.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 367jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information provided on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.

367jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 367jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

367jl is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account with 367jl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of our services.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

367jl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
