• Philippine mobile number;

• Username and encrypted password.

b) Identity Verification (KYC) Data

• Copies of government-issued identification documents (e.g., PhilSys National ID, driver's license, UMID, SSS card, passport);
• Proof of address documents (e.g., utility bills, bank statements);
• Selfie or facial verification images where required for enhanced KYC.

c) Financial Data

• GCash or PayMaya account numbers linked to your 367jl account;
• Bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) for withdrawal processing;
• Transaction history, including deposits, withdrawals, and wager records;
• Partial payment card details (last four digits only — full card numbers are never stored by 367jl).

d) Usage & Technical Data

• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission, or longer if required by PAGCOR or AMLC regulations;
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction;
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction;
• Marketing Preferences: Retained until you withdraw your consent or request deletion.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with 367jl's data disposal procedures.

Some of 367jl's service providers and technology partners may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to recipients in other countries, 367jl ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including contractual data protection clauses consistent with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act and NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers.
